Our 50-Point Inspection and Report

We offer one-time, weekly, or monthly 50-point Yacht Checks. These checks allow to monitor potential issues and prevent new issues from getting worse. Insurance companies are starting to require you provide a Care Taking Plan and provide a care taker responsible for the vessel if you are not regulating visiting the vessel due to the risk. We are there for your yacht when you can't be.
We check your vessel and send you a report with photos to give you peace of mind that your vessel is safe. Most major issues on vessels start small and can be caught early. Having your vessel regularly checked on is the best way to ensure that your vessel is safe and secure. Any issues will be photographed and sent to you. If you need service for an issue we will get you quotes and make sure the service is done.
Our 50-Point Inspection includes:
- Make sure shore power is on, and the cord is not damages
- Check the wear and security of all the lines
- All ports windows are left how you want them
- Bildges Pumps are not full and test float switches are working
- Your batteries are charging and only the equiptment you want is left on
- No unauthorized people have accessed your vessel
- No unusual smells or evidence water intrusion
- Check that divers and washers are doing what you are paying for
- Prop shafts are not leaking
- Covers and cushions are properly secured
- Your eninge room is in order
- Check for bird damage

- Meet and let in subcontractors and check that they did the work they said they did
- Check fluids: Coolant level, transition oil levels, and engine oil levels
- Run the engines: check water flow, smoke, and allow engine to warm up

The most common places that can cause your vessel to take on water are the Raw water delivery systems. From the Sea Strainer to Raw Water Pump we look for issues every time we inspect your Vessel. There metal braiding can corrode over time causing the cracking you see here. This cracking will only get worse as the corrison progresses causing failure.

We have an underwater camera on a pole that we check your vessel's bottom and zincs to make sure your diver is doing their job. This is great example of how we be the prevention that is better than the cure for your yacht. the Electrolysis can ravage your prop, shaft, and the whole electrical system of your yacht. Clues like this are important to look out for every inspection. When we find a issue like this we highlight it in our report and reccomend a follow up action, and make sure it get taken care of.
